LISTING TERMS

1. Listing Fees

Submitting a horse for listing on HorseMatch Spain requires a one-time listing fee (currently €1.99). This fee covers the administrative cost of reviewing, formatting, and publishing your listing. The fee is non-refundable once the review process has begun, regardless of whether a sale is achieved.

2. Manual Review

All listings are subject to manual review by our team prior to being published. We reserve the right to edit descriptions for clarity, reject inappropriate images, or refuse listings that do not meet our quality and safety standards. If a listing is rejected outright, the listing fee will be refunded.

3. Accuracy of Information

As a seller, you are legally responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your listing. This includes, but is not limited to, the horse's age, breeding, training level, temperament, and health history. You must disclose any known vices or medical conditions.

4. No Guarantee of Sale

HorseMatch Spain provides a platform to advertise your horse to potential buyers. We do not guarantee that your horse will receive inquiries, nor do we guarantee that a successful sale will occur.

5. Status Updates

Sellers are required to promptly notify HorseMatch Spain if a listed horse is sold, becomes unavailable, or if significant details regarding the horse's status change, so we can keep our database accurate for buyers.
