By accessing and using the HorseMatch Spain platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Role

HorseMatch Spain acts solely as a connecting platform between potential buyers and sellers of horses in Spain. We do not own, breed, or directly sell the horses listed on our platform (unless explicitly stated otherwise). We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Liability & Veterinary Checks

We do not guarantee the health, soundness, temperament, training level, or suitability of any horse listed on our site. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence. We strongly advise all buyers to arrange an independent Veterinary Pre-Purchase Examination (PPE) prior to completing any purchase.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use this platform in good faith. You must not submit false information, spam our systems, or attempt to bypass our fee structures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found violating these terms.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
